Chinese

The Chinese Zodiac is divided into twelve parts, each part spans one year and assigns an animal along with its attributes for each year. The Chinese Zodiac is quite complex in comparison to the Western counterpart. There are also animals assigned to: months (inner animals), day (true animals), and hours (secret animals). We wanted to capture the essence of celebration that surrounds the Chinese New Year, carry that into each symbol and harness it for the background of each Zo-Disc.
